What kid isn’t over-the-moon curious about critters of all types? If you’re bringing your family to spend a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head Island over the holidays there are some events the kids will want to take part in. We’ll start with a Meet and Greet with some Lowcountry Critters from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 21 through Wednesday, April 23. This event promises to be a lot of fun for the kids.

Joe Maffo, with Critter Management, will bring some of his “friends” to the Coastal Discovery Museum so we can learn more about the alligators, snakes, turtles and other critters that share Hilton Head Island with us. Participants will have a chance to get up-close to an assortment of animals, learn about them and take plenty of photos.
