The spectacular seascape surrounded by fresh ocean waters led me to drop anchor on Hilton Head Island in 1986! My love for my new hometown escalated as I uncovered the land’s incredible potential like a treasure box emerging from the sand. Within a year of becoming an islander, I acquired Lancaster Real Estate Sales. I eagerly applied the right combination of passion, skills, and education from my master’s degree in business administration from Texas State University and my Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Texas. As demand for my services grew, in 2017, Lancaster Real Estate Sales expanded into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hilton Head Realty, and our exceptional customer service prompted a second office in Bluffton the following year. As Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hilton Head Bluffton Realty, we are sensitive to each client’s needs and have in-depth knowledge of the vast market, technological resources, and a healthy ambition to proudly serve the real estate needs of our beloved Low country.

As an avid fisherman, I have learned that navigating the waters of Hilton Head and Bluffton requires patience and attention to detail, the same as the real estate market. After nearly four decades of sales in Lowcountry real estate, I still experience the thrilling joy when my keen understanding of the area connects a client’s wish list with the perfect home, and my expert negotiation skills make it a dream catch. Beyond the office, I work to preserve our most significant natural resource, the local waters, that send endless ripples of value toward real estate. I support our local fisheries and serve as Treasurer of the Hilton Head Sportfishing Club and Secretary of the Hilton Head Reef Foundation.
