Hilton Head Real Estate: Keys to Paradise

Posted by Bill True on Thursday, May 28th, 2015 at 6:16pm.

When showing real estate to clients, I am often asked if I live on the Island and, if so, where; followed by, “Where did you move from?” and “How long have you been selling real estate?”  My answers usually surprise them.  I moved here on a lark in my 20s from Oklahoma (via the University of Texas at Austin) after visiting only once.  Like so many friends and clients, I fell in love with the Island the moment my toes hit the sand. I’ve lived here for nearly 30 years and have been selling real estate for that long. Along the way, my wife and I have built many homes and have owned properties in various communities—North Forest Beach, Folly Field, Palmetto Dunes/Leamington and Sea Pines Resort to name a few.  Gated or ungated, primary residences or investment properties, Island real estate is the difference between ordinary and exceptional.

Why?  Because the people are as warm and welcoming as Hilton Head’s sun-soaked beaches.  Because nature is king on the Island. Because of the beautiful sunrises, the deliciously tranquil mornings and the dog-day afternoons with orange sunsets burning over the water.  Because owning a place at the beach allows you to seize the season of sun and fun; because the laughter and the memories are etched in your soul forever. Imagine paradise right outside your door. Because it is an exceptional place to live, to work and to play.

The keys to paradise are here, waiting for you to unlock the door.  From vacation condos in Palmetto Dunes to luxury homes in Sea Pines to sprawling beach rentals in North Forest Beach; relaxed and natural—-filled with ocean light and sea-inspired architectural details.  Properties on Hilton Head are always in season and time to make the move has never been better.  For more information, please contact me at bill@billtrue.com or on my cell at 843.384.9088.  I would be most happy to be of assistance.
