Turning Over a New Leaf on Hilton Head Island

Posted by Bill True on Friday, September 18th, 2015 at 4:41pm.

If you are reading this blog, you are already on my website, BillTrue.com. It’s a real estate website; you didn’t arrive here via a link.  Your arrival on my site was a conscious one. Thank you! You are thinking about purchasing Hilton Head/Bluffton real estate.  That’s great—I want to assist in making that happen.

Whether you are new to BillTrue.com or a trusted and faithful Hilton Head/Bluffton real estate enthusiast just checking out new listings and/or price reductions, it won’t take long to discover that my site is rather extensive.  Why?  Because we have so many different communities and a plethora of different offerings within those communities (homes, villas, condos, lots, waterfront, golf, wooded, oceanfront, deepwater creek, sound, club living…the list goes on) and I want you to have the information you need within a mouse-clicking distance.

So, if you are browsing for the first time, you might want to know the difference between, say, Sea Pines Resort and Palmetto Dunes Resort.  You’ll find the answer here. If this is your tenth visit to my site, you might be engaged in a more specific search, say, Sea Pines homes for sale or Palmetto Dunes oceanfront condos for sale.  Pretty specific. We have a page for that.  From there, you might sort by number of bedrooms, or location, or price.  So where is this leading?

The new leaf part of the blog title, then, represents not only a change of season (fall is so beautiful in the South Carolina LowCountry!) but a change writing style. These blogs are going to be about the lifestyle, because living here part time or all of the time is a life style—a life choice. There may also be a link or two along the way—a place you might want to learn more about. It’s coming home to a place you’ve never lived before.  I will share first-hand experiences about life and living on Hilton Head and in Bluffton.  Thirty years of living here has taught me a lot about life, about friendship, about neighbors, and about nature’s never-ending beauty and bounty. Check back with me soon (and sign-in, if you please!).  I think you’ll like what’s coming next!

Cheers,

Bill
