Forest Beach foreclosures incorporate oceanfront and ocean-oriented homes and villas in this beachy community located on Hilton Head’s southern end between Sea Pines Resort and Shipyard Plantation. Three miles of wide, white sandy Atlantic shoreline link the two portions of this community together, that is, the primarily residential North Forest Beach and predominantly villa segment of South Forest Beach.   These areas convent at Coligny, the Island’s most popular beach park and shopping plaza, and include upscale amenities, a grocer, theater, shopping, dining, live entertainment, miniature golf and water fun.
